Difficult feelings can become heavier when we believe we must manage them alone. Listening, sharing experiences and feeling accepted by a group can make it easier to understand what we are going through.
WASAS brings young people together through sport, nature and ecopsychology. Its group activities encourage mutual support, cooperation and a sense of belonging. The message is simple: climate concern is a shared experience, and responding together can create hope, resilience and meaningful action.
